Over the years, I created many different documents I could leave at my desk or on my fridge to track my 5k, 10k, half, and full marathon training.
Feel free to download my favorite one below for free! I print it and put it at my desk to track my mileage and pacing each day. I simply put the dates of the weeks in the document (or go by week numbers) and then add my mileage and pacing in each day.
At the end of the week, I total up the mileage to easily track my progress.
I also log any weight lifting and cross training I do so that I can track trends based on my performance.
I actually save all my trackers every year and it’s fun to see all the mileage you’ve done! It truly makes you feel as though you’ve accomplished so much!
Let me know if you have any questions on how to fill it out!! =)
